The Adventure: We’re hitting up both Solemn Oath Brewing taprooms with a hike at St James Farm Forest Preserve in between. This immaculate forest preserve you’ve probably never heard of is a gem (and for good reason). It’s got manicured trails, beautiful shaded pathways, and a creek that runs through the property. Great blue herons, red-bellied woodpeckers, coyotes, and white-tailed deer spotting are common occurrences here! Post-hike, we’ll swing by Solemn Oath’s Naperville taproom and camp-themed beer garden before heading back to Solemn Oath’s Logan Square taproom to end the trip. The Naperville location has a special event the day we visit – Oathie's Burger Punchout, where burger vendors face off to see who has the best burger. ($15 event entry fee will be waived for Trail to Taproom attendees).
Hike Difficulty: Easy – Perfect for beginners and families. This hike is a meandering walk through the woods on well-maintained paths, offering a relaxing introduction to hiking or a casual day out for seasoned hikers.

Pickup / Dropoff: Solemn Oath’s Logan Square taproom (map here). Limited street parking is available.

Participation Waiver: All attendees must sign the Trail to Taproom participation waiver before the event starts.
